1. Online Returns

Any product may be returned for credit, exchange or refund(in the original method of payment) within 10 days from date of purchase, provided that the merchandise is unused and is returned in its original box/wrapping together with a valid cash sales docket/invoice. Refunds will exclude all delivery fees that are paid as part of the order.

If you wish to return something that you purchased, you can do so in one of three ways:

-Return the selected item to one of our MILKANDHONEY branches, together with your invoice; or

-Log in to our website, login using your credentials, access your order details, select the item(s) that you would like to return, complete the automated pre-approval checklist and submit your request. If the items do not meet criteria for pre-approval, please follow the prompts on the website.

Please note that pre-approval does not constitute final approval. Once we have approved the return request, we will get in touch with you to arrange collection. The delivery address for returns via courier is as follows:

We can only process refunds once we have confirmed that the goods have been returned to our distribution centres and they have been assessed.

-Contact us if you are unable to get to one of our physical stores, and we will gladly assist.

 PLEASE NOTE:

Refunds under R500 will be loaded as store credit/ a gift voucher unless otherwise indicated.

In the event that you return goods, it will take up to 10 working days to process a refund and for it to reflect on your account.

If we accidentally deliver the wrong product to you, or if the product is not as described, please notify us and we will collect the product from you at no charge. Once we have inspected the product and validated your return, we can arrange to deliver the correct product to you (assuming it is available) or refund you, depending on your preference).

If you purchased the goods yourself you will receive a full refund. If they were a gift, you can exchange for goods of the same value or receive a gift voucher.

The following items can unfortunately not be returned for hygiene purposes:

-Underwear
-Swimwear
-Jewellery for pierced ears
-MILKANDHONEY face masks

2. In Store Returns:

COVID 19 precautionary measures: We strongly discourage fitting in store, should you wish to fit at home, you may do so and bring the items back for a full refund within 3 days of purchase, given that the criteria for a valid return(returned within 3 days of purchase,unopened, swingtag attached, unworn, unwashed) are fully met.

Important note when returning In-Store items

If the item meets the criteria for a valid return(returned within 10 days of purchase,unopened, tag attached, unworn, unwashed) the item will be immediately credited to your account or exchanged.
If the item meets the criteria for a valid return and was purchased for the purpose of fitting at home under the current COVID 19 precautions(returned within 3 days of purchase, unopened, tag attached, unworn, unwashed) the item will be immediately refunded in the original method of payment, therefore please ensure that you have the credit card with you that you made the original purchase with.
If the item(s) falls outside the scope of a normalreturn, you may leave the item(s) with our in store Manager, where the item(s) will be assessed by Head Office, or you may choose to keep the item(s).
We can only process refunds on returns outside of the scope of a “normal return” once we have confirmed that the goods have been returned to our distribution centres and they have been assessed.
